A Kiss Cut is a light surface cut on sticker paper. It is used to cut custom shapes on sticker paper, but not through the back-liner paper. The kiss cut helps peels off stickers from the sheet.

How do I specify the custom cut line for my sticker shape in my artwork?
You need to provide a clear vector cut path in your artwork file. This is usually a separate layer or a designated spot colour stroke outlining the exact shape you want your sticker cut to. Please check our artwork guidelines or use our templates for specifics.
What's the difference between Kiss-Cut and Die-Cut stickers?
Kiss-Cut stickers are cut through the sticker material only, leaving the backing sheet whole, making them easy to peel from the sheet. Die-Cut stickers are cut through both the sticker material and the backing paper, resulting in individual stickers cut precisely to shape, including the backing.
What sticker materials or papers can I choose for my custom shape stickers?

While preparing your data, please take note of the following
CMYK Data

- Data saved in CMYK colours is the correct format, as printing on paper is done by combining four colour inks: CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black).
PANTONE Data

- We don’t print Pantone or Spot colours for Large Formate printing. If your data has Pantone or Spot colours, you must convert it to CMYK colours.
- If above is disregarded, than Spot/ Pantone colours will be converted to CMYK colours. In such case, expect a colour shift in printing
RGB Data

- Data in RGB colours (primarly used for Monitors, TV Screens and Phones) are not correct colours at all for printing on paper.
- Make sure your data is created or converted to CMYK, and not RGB. If not, we will change to CMYK colours. In such case, colours may come out different.
