Used Print Arabia for the first time for business cards and I'm very happy with the result. The process is quite easy on line to place your order. I had a question about the gsm options and posted my question on the live chat but there was no reply at all which was a bit annoying (although it said we reply immediately!)But once I called them, Jenn took responsibility, apologized for the lack of service and went above and beyond to set things right. She got on Whatsapp with me and helped me through the rest of the approval process (it went back and forth a few times for approval) thereby more than making up for everything.I was a bit skeptical about 400gsm for business cards (maybe too thick?) but seeing the finished product, am so happy! Print and paper quality is excellent, delivered within the time promised.And best of all, all done from my desk, cost effective and delivered to my door!My only suggestion is please man the live chat if you say you will to manage customer expectations better. Other that, its all good!!
